The scenario
CloudPenny is a serverless cost-hygiene tool. Scheduled Lambda functions scan the account, an API Gateway serves the findings, and a small dashboard ranks savings opportunities. Everything is provisioned with Terraform, so you can deploy it to any account and tear it down in one command.
